Welcome to my new section: this week in nerdiness! It will feature an amalgamation of recent news, upcoming cool stuff, and interesting or important controversy in comics, movies, books, pop culture, and a myriad of other places.

- Wolverine: Origin – The Complete Collection, by Bill Jemas, Paul Jenkins, Joe Quesada, Kieron Gillen, and Andy Kubert (a collection of ORIGIN 1-6, ORIGIN II 1-5)
- Michael Keaton’s Batsuit is up for auction, as is Christopher Reeves’ Superman suit. Batman’s bidding starts at $35,000 and Superman’s starts at $40,000.
- Chevy made a life-sized (or pretty close) Lego Batmobile. It took 344,187 pieces and is 7-feet tall, 17-feet wide and weighs 1,695.5 pounds. It took 222 hours to design and 1,833 hours to build.
- James Cameron signed on with AMC for a 6-episode documentary series on the history of science fiction.
- The new A Series of Unfortunate Events Netflix show is out and I still haven’t watched it.
- Funko has finally released a Pop! that I’m interested in (or will in February).
- The Nintendo Switch comes out in March! March 3, to be specific, for $299. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be a release title for it.
